The example on the site showed the same product I had owned before so I ordered them based on the photo. What I received is perfectly different and has a poorly sealing, hinged plastic top, not the flexible snap-on tops as shown on the photo. When I went back to the Amazon place the photo had been changed. I logged off and back on and, VOILA, the photo was again what was shown when I originally ordered the spin-off. The ones we received are smaller and scarcely latch. The tops come off real easily. They are basically useless. The package says that they are famous for glitter, spices, and decorating candies. Definitely not salt and pepper shakers for in a lunch pail.Be knowing of what you what you are purchasing. The ones sold for $3-$4 are not the ones in the picture. This is false advertising and wishes to be taken care of. The sellers who are in on this should be ashamed of themselves. However, the company listed incorrect shipping costs. $0 per order, + $0.99 per pound. This package could hardly weigh more than a yard, at the most, two. They charged me $6.13 for Shipping and handling, so that a $3.30 item cost $9.43. This would have been a buy-breaker had they listed charges accurately and honestly. Customer Reviews spoons OK, cups trouble modification for functionality I'm not true why nobody makes a functional set of measuring cups any more. Growing up, I always used my mom's Tupperware measuring cups, which accumulation together nicely for storage and include all the sizes I usually need for cooking (1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, and 1 cup). As an matured, I have been unable to find a set of measuring cups that includes the 2/3 and 3/4 sizes. It seems to me that only someone stupid, or someone who knows nothing about cuisine, would buy a set that is missing those sizes. I view the widespread marketing of non-functional sets of measuring cups as an indignity to the intelligence of the consumer. Unfortunately, I still felt insulted after purchasing this set.I bought this set of measuring cups for two reasons. One: because it included all sizes, including not only the evasive 2/3 and 3/4, but also a 1/8 cup. Two: a previous reviewer said these stack together nicely. They the feeling like the Cadillac of measuring tools. I think they are priced far too little. Also, they are clearly remarkable with their size on the handle in easy to read print, plastic in the handle raised above the grippy counterfeit to signature the size. Nice effect.
