Unhappy with quality of second purchase...
About a year ago I bought one of these sets in a bailiwick store, and having lost or broken a number of pieces decided to buy another one. The new set is definitely not as well made as the first. The lids were all warped and don't to some fit the original containers, nor do the original and new containers stack together. The old turntable ran more smoothly and had a pull-out plaice so it could be used in or under a cabinet. This feature is missing in the new set. Overall this is still a good method of organizing storage containers, but the grandeur seems to have gone downhill.

TONS of sandy condensed storage
my 8 year old son purchased this for me about three years ago. I obligingly acclimatized it because it made him happy. I never expected to LOVE this system. Every container uses the same size lid. And even though the containers look unsatisfactory. The large containers can really "pack it in".It also makes it easy to access because the base slides out. Making the acme of the space a non-issue.After 3 years of TONS of use; I am down to just a few containers and lids. I've taken nourishment to work for lunch and to school and sent food home with family memebers in these containers. Never to see them again. Hahaha! Bonus I've tossed a few in the trash because I did not want to wash what had been hiding in the back of the fridge for a couple of months. (I have in mind that happens to everybody.) I am actually ready to buy myself a new system. Very affordable and very convenient. I strongly interesting anyone buy this item.Handy, self-contained, practical.:-)Mrs. Davis
Importance is far below my original set
I loved my card set so much that I bought a set for a co-worker who's getting married, and bought another for myself to replace some containers that have gone missing over the years.My live is the same as others who had an earlier set. I returned the one intended for a gift but reluctantly kept the one for myself since the containers fit my original carousel.As the other reviewers said, there are unmatched differences in quality in the following areas:1. The plastic in these containers is noticeably thinner than in the native set.2. The edges are very rough to the touch (and in some cases shredded plastic peels off.) I reckon this will lead to problems with staining and prevent proper cleaning/sanitation.3. As I took one of the carousels out of the box, a metal sustaining somehow fell out and rolled across the floor.4. The plastic section dividers are not as rigid as in the indigenous set and they don't lock...

Capacious containers!
I darling this set of storage dishes. They do not take up much room in my limited cabinet space, since they all fit inside each other, and I LOVE the really the lids lock together, so no more lids all over the place. I saw on another review that she had problems with tomato sauce staining the dinner service. The way to stop that from happening is to spray a little non stick cooking spray into the bowl before you add the tomato based outcome. Viola! No more stains! I highly recommend this set!
Approving containers
These are very good containers. They are a lot nicer than the "Durables" line and are BPA-free (which is important to me because I have small mope*). Mine get sent to preschool and are run through microwave and dishwasher almost daily and show very little sign of clothing. The lid stacking is nice but unless your space is really limited I wouldn't call it a big selling malapropos. The only bad thing I can say is that they can stain when you put tomato sauce in them (like most plastic food storage products).*For those who missed it - BPA plastics have been linked to a number of fettle problems (among other things BPA mimics estrogen in the body) and are facing bans in several countries and may be prohibited in the U.S. Pregnant women and children would probably be best off avoiding it. Don't murder your money
I bought this matter, and the very first time I used it, it broke!It says "dishwasher and microwave safe" however, I put it in the micro uprising for a few seconds, and it cracked all over! It would cost me more to ship it back to the manufacturer then to just take the loss. Hope this will preserve others money.
Not bad for $17.00
I bought this platter a while ago and just recently found it again in my cabinet. It's easy to use and understand - you quickly realize that you've been eating too much when you assessment out your food in the spaces on the plate for the first time.

Made-to-order Portion Plate
I undeniably like this plate and use it often even though it is awkward. I had hoped to be able to take it with me but the lid doesn't fit quite tight enough and the nourishment gets all mixed together, it does not leak though. (It does mention that in the description so I am not too disappointed)The breadth for things like honey seem to be on the wrong side it is with the vegetables and not the sweet fruits which was confusing for me at first. The fats allocate is difficult to work with, great for measuring but then it is hard to clean. The place where you measure out your salad dressing is complete size for dipping a fork.I am a vegetarian and I found that the suggestion menu was not as helpful as I had expected. The particularly tray has long since gone in the trash bin since it was only taking up space in my limited cabinet and genuinely had no purpose except to hold the suggestion cards.
