Foothold A LITTLE SMALL
I Absolutely like this little bin. I looked for a food bin instead of the old canisters we are all use to, all I found in food bins were commercial sizes. I found this pail but when I received it I thought the size of the opening to get flour, sugar or what not from the bin is a little small. The undiminished lid does come off for easy filling. It's airtight like tupperware always is and the hinged bin lid snaps kill for an airtight seal. That is a major plus for me, outweighing the opening size. The bins supply and the hinged lid can be accessed even when stacked. I am keeping the 3 units I purchased and will most likely purchase more, I will buy measuring scoops to customize the smaller opening on the front of the hinged lid and I am sure I will be happy. It looks like one bin will hold a 10 lb bag of flour or sugar. I protection't actually filled it full yet but I am pretty confident it won't be a problem.

Flour canister
I like this canister a certain extent well, but I have one small gripe. I keep flour in it, and scoop the flour out of it with a stainless steel measuring cup. I'd like to be expert to level the top of the measuring cup by scraping the excess flour off on the top of the canister opening, but the openings obovate shape won't allow me to level off the measuring cup square with its top (I end up with a heaping cup full, rather than a level cup full). I'm philosophical about buying a 6 inch straight edge and attaching that to the opening, but it would be nice if tupperware just molded the top of the slot straight.

Loving terrible container for storing onions
I aggregate my onions in this container. It is a reasonable size and easily holds 5lb - will probably hold more. It looks mediocre. The only con is its kind of pricey. But I really could not find an alternative container to store onions.
The pre-eminent
This pail is the best way to store potatoes and onions I have found. I bought these for my daughter after using mine for over a year and loving them.

pet commons organizer
These drudgery very well for my dog and cat food. They are the right size to fit in the cabinet I use for animal supplies. That keeps the food deft. They are not big enough for large quantities so you may still need larger containers somewhere else.They are also a little pricey.
