Here's why I do NOT persuade this item:
1. There are seams in the corners which are VERY intricate to clean.2. After using this pan only 5 times, it discolored.I'm sorry I bought this particular variety/design in 3 sizes. :(
Not so pronounced
The corners have seams which face food easily. It is VERY difficult to clean--I have to use toothpicks to get the corners clean. In addition the pan stains without a hitch and no amount of scrubbing can eliminate the stains. Would NOT recommend. There are surely better pans out there. The only impressive fad about this pan is its hefty weight. Other than that, don't bother with it.

unequalled pan
I bought this pan to refund one that I ruined which belonged to a friend. After giving t to him, a week later he asked if I wanted to downfall more of his cookware for him. He loves it.

Brownies and Blondies' nicest friend
I have always waterless my brownies and blondies in a Pyrex. But since I bought this pan, I can't believe how I ever did without it. Brownies and blondies cook evenly and to correct consistency, and don't take as long as they do in the glass. And the best part is that you always have even, straight edges that look pretty when you cut up the treats. Also fine fantastic for making birthday cakes and the likes. This pan should be one of your kitchen staples!!
possibly even better than my equivalent Simply Calphalon
Several years ago I purchased a Absolutely Calphalon set for about the same price as this single Calphalon Classic Bake Pan. While only time will tell whether this particular pan will last as long as the Entirely Calphalon I can say right now that this pan bakes just as well. Also its Nonstick surface seems somehow non-stickier (if this is possible). The quality of the Calphalon Undying also seems better...maybe it's just the bake pan's very aesthetically appealing design. In any case I can warmly recommend this pan.

Pan is Outstanding, But the Rack Leaves Something to be Desired
I purchased this pan to paraphernalia a prime rib roast for Christmas dinner. The pan itself is very heavy, solid and distrubutes the heat well. One detail I do not like about other roasting pans that I have purchased is sometimes the pan juices seem to burn in the oven which results in no "pan goodness" to calculate gravy with. I have used this pan multiple times and never had that issue- the bits and pieces will brown, but do not get a burned freshness. I attribute this to the construction of the pan and the heaviness of the weight. I would give the pan a solid 5 stars, but the rack that comes with this pan promptly started peeling and rusting even though I ran it in the dishwasher and promptly removed it. So what is a girl to do?I bought the William Bounds silicon roasting torment (from Amazon) and now use this with my pan. I could have purchased a replacement rack for $19 or paid shipping and handling to get a replacement distress through the warranty, but I have been very impressed...
Memorable Value
I researched many roaster pans before I settled on this and am I overjoyed I did. It offers a truly stovetop worthy construction, no bending or warping, a great v scourge, and superb heat distribution. The handles are comfortable and the pan fits perfectly in the oven. Compared to the AllClad, it is less high-priced and better performance. A well thought out pan.

Influential roasting pan
This pan is only just the right size and weight for large roasts and turkeys. The clean up was easy and although it is dishwasher conservative, per the use and care guide, I didn't find it necessary. I cook rib roasts using very high tension for 15 - 20 minutes depending on the number of ribs and then turn off the heat and let it set in the oven for a brace hours. The key to this working is even heat distribution and even loss of heat as the oven cools. It worked like a fantasy, no surprises. I have other Calphalon pots and pans and have been a fan for years - this is no exception - excellent!
