Horrific...with 1 exception!
I own a LOT of Calph cookware, so when it came every so often old-fashioned to purchase new cookie sheets I turned to the tried and true. I like having sides on my sheets, and these fit the bill (some sites/companies will portray you that you can't bake cookies properly with sided pans, but I've never had any problems). I had several criteria for this purchase: payment, quality, weight (I wanted heavy gauge), and non-warping. These sheets matched my requirements on all counts EXCEPT for the warping...they still give the dreaded 'boing' when in the oven a link of minutes. Granted, it doesn't seem as bad as cheapie sheets, but still....oh well....love the sheets anyway and would buy them again.
Huge quality, weird tag
These pans are massive in most ways- very heavy, well made, big. My only complaint is that there is a raised Calphalon brand stamped into the middle of each pan. If you put a cookie or something on that soil, you'd end up with "Calphalon" stamped into your cookie!
Wow!
I already have two of these pans, also gave one to my daughter. I am now ordering a set to give my mom--I can put 15 cookies on a newspaper and it takes no time at all with two of these pans to bake a batch of cookies. They do not warp, which every other pan I have owned did. I don't weigh I can go back to any other brand again--this is a true winner!

Capacious pans!
I mate all Calphalon baking stuff, and these are no exception! They cook evenly and clean up easily. They are good sizes and a special-occasion addition to any kitchen!

Outside peeling off
The exterior is peeling off like a cheap non-stick frying pan. More so on the smaller pan but the larger pan is starting to peel as well.

well made output
I've had 2 of these pans for 6 months now and use them oftentimes for cookies and as a drip catcher under pies, etc. They perform beautifully, well worth paying a small more for. They clean up easily, nothing sticks to them. As with all non-stick cookware, can't use metal utensils. I'm not a huge fan of nylon spatulas, but do use one with these pans.One kick though. The pans will sometimes 'pop' when put cold into a hot oven. For me this is no big deal since I don't use them to make jelly roll cakes. I wonder if this would cause a fine kettle of fish for jelly roll cakes. Anyway, they do return immediately to their original flat shape and have not caused any problems with my cookies.All in all, I'm very light-hearted with this product.

pan warps!
I received this pan as a alliance gift- I was sure with the calphalon name behind it that it would be a good pan. I was wrong- it says it is oven safe to 450, but I have found it is not- I even use an oven thermometer too so I be sure how hot my oven actually is. I used it the first time to roast some veggies at 450 and it warped. It did pop back to well-regulated shape but the next time I put it in the oven (only 350 this time) it warped again! I can send the pan to calphalon- but by the time I pay for shipping I might as well put that notes towards a better pan. I'm looking now at the Chicago Metallic jelly roll pan- it is rated for 550 versus 450. I am very dissapointed. I don't understand if it's only the "classic" line from calphalon or not, but I wouldn't bother with this one.

Fantabulous for Baking - Much Better than the "Simply Calphalon" Line
The Calphalon Epitome jelly roll pan is great for baking. Compared to the Simply Calphalon pan that it replaced, it (1) is much more lightweight and (2) doesn't incline to burn results as often. I find that results are evenly heated with less over-browning on the bottoms of baked goods. Cleanup is very elementary as is the case with all Calphalon products.Like other reviewers, I've heard some pops when heating over 400 degrees, but it's nothing to irritation about because the pan has always retained its shape.
