Top-hole quality at a fair price
It was definitely time to get rid of the old cookware now that the kids are out of the house and I didn't have to worry about ruined cookware anymore. My develop was 3 mil copper cookware or All Clad. But after seeing this in the store, feeling the weight and quality and then reading a lot of reviews ... I unfaltering to give it a try. My final price with coupon was $320 at BB&Beyond. First, this cookware is excellent but you have to know how to use it. Put the empty pan on the heat at the temperature that you have a yen for to cook at. Wait about 2-3 minutes and then add a little oil or butter (but have your food ready or your cooking oil will burn) and heat for about 20 seconds (butter) to 1 minute (oil). Then add your food. Eggs m excellent this way and just slide off the pan. I have also used chicken broth to cook the egg in (just wanted to see if it would force on) and it did not. So as long as your pan is at the correct temperature and you add some kind of liquid you will be ok...
Intimate cookware!
I wholly LOVE this set of cookware. I have an induction burner (which I also LOVE), and it can be hard sometimes finding pans that will work. Not only do these line with any stovetop, but they look and feel great. They're very easy to clean, and I haven't had any problems with things very sticking and I don't have to worry about ingesting chemicals from DuPont. While I really only use the same 3-4 pots/pans most of the outdated, it's nice to have the variety for when you do need something different. The build quality is really solid and like I said, they're so moderately! Was considering the All-Clad, but I think these are just as good and nearly 1/3 the price. Absolutely worth it!!

Opportune Happy joy joy. I can't say enough good things about this cookware. I have been using the same stainless set, Meyers, for 10 years and memories that I was happy with it until I started using this set from Calphalon. The weight, feel and finish of the cookware is just well. I have been using it daily now for the last 2 weeks and have had no major complaints. The only minor complaint I have is with the metal handles by the skin of one's teeth due to the fact that they do get very hot during use and require the use of a potholder. Silicon handles would have been a nice addition to prevent the zealousness.

Yes, this grill works. After reading some very adulterated reviews, I am pleased to say that Calphalon delivers on everything it promises. I have owned this grill for 5 months now and am very pleased. To lecture some common complaints: - It's true that it doesn't create a smoked bbq flavor, which has been a banal complaint, but why would anyone expect that anyhow? - It's powerful and hot enough for everything I've thrown on the grill. It cooks chicken and steak all the way through, assuming that the grub isn't thicker than 3/4 inch or so. But if you want a full-sized Barbecue like grill, this may be too chagrined. - It seems best suited for grilling paninis, veggies, fish, hamburgers, and chicken breasts. Again, it's fair-minded a small electric grill, so it's not as hot as charcoal. A two inch thick T-bone steak may be a bit much, but mine's worked so well that I wouldn't be surprised if it could steer that too! - The top and...
THE Exquisite Panini Maker
I safe haven't met panini that I didn't like, yet! This is a GREAT sandwich maker! I haven't used it for grilling comestibles, because I like to keep the mess on the outdoor gas grill. The sandwiches come out evenly cooked to transcendence-no flipping sandwiches and having all the fillings fall out!. It fits 2 large panini. You can put to rights the height to fit the thickness of your sandwich. It's easy to clean-just wipe with a damp the priesthood while warm. Locks shut and easy to store. A nice little investment for your Nautical galley. ~ I also purchased through Amazon the cookbook, 'Panini' by Jennifer Joyce. Majority of the recipes have 5 fillings or less. Includes breakfast and pudding panini.

Mate Love this grill!!!!
I have done an sweeping research before deciding on Calphalon. I had ordered on Amazon, their price was the best! It arrived quickly and once I opened the box I was surely happy. It looks amazing, great quality, just what I had expected. But more important then that, it works excellent and it's super easy to clean, nothing sticks to it! I make tuna melts, chicken, fish, no obstreperous! My friend has Cuisinart and spends hours soaking his grills :)) Great buy!

closely perfect
Intended this pan. It is beautiful, and the glass lid is fun since I am one of those who always likes to peek at what I'm cooking. Pros: Looks, functions smashingly, fantastic value for the price. Cons: It is a bit heavy when full, which might be a concern for people with less strength. I can see why larger ones have helper handles. Also the reflector-like finish on the bottom did scratch on first use, I think from sliding it while full on the over rack. I've been wanting to get the Calphalon Tri-Ply set, but I decided I should try it out first, and dialect mayhap a few other similar brands before I commit to a set. So far, I love this pan. I used it to make a small batch of salmagundi, browned on stove and baked very slowly in the oven. So far, so good!

Of 6 or 7 Calphalon pots and pans I own, this is the one I use every day.I find it particularly useful for cooking rice. Ordinary white and brown rice is a catch disdain, and the pot does well with tricky wild rice blends, such as which I cook several times a week.What makes it my A- "rice pot"? The flat 8" bottom seems to make for particularly uniform cooking. The sides are rich enough that even starchy white rice does not boil over. The glass lid is especially useful for keeping a await on the rice (If you take the lid off a cooking pot of rice, you loose the steam, and may ruin the rice. Active Sauce Pan
I'm looking to make good on my non-stick pans with stainless steel. This was my first and it's a great sauce pan, no sticking, no hot spots, even simmering throughout the pan. It cleans up very well in the dishwasher and stays very shiny. One complaint, the lid does not fit tight enough to avoid steam from seeping out when on a low bubble. Besides that, it's sturdy and a really nice size; it's a small pot that covers a large burner.
