Marvellous indoor grill!
I've had many indoor grills, this one outshines all of them! It is a chunky grill, with space enough for four burgers, sandwiches, chicken thighs or breasts, etc. It heats up fast with slightest, if any smoke. I love the timer option and control of the temperature. It is super easy to neaten and the removable plates fit nicely in the dishwasher. The drip tray is huge and located where it should be, in the back, so when you extend up your grill while cooking, the grease goes in it and not on your counter or under the grill. This is a bonus safety measure which I describe in detail later on in this re-examination. The cooking quality is excellent. One of the reviewers complained about how poorly his chicken and steak turned out. I do not take cognizance of that, he must have cooked at the wrong temperatures (too hot), because we've had perfect results every time. Very flawless - but then there is the non stick finish
I received one of these for my birthday, roughly nine months ago. I specifically wanted this one because I have had positive experiences with their cookware. This is one of the best you can buy in this price variety. It has a generous size, and gets hot enough for many things. The plates are removable, a big plus. One reviewer correctly sharp out that this grill does not get hot enough to grill a steak satisfactorily -- which is quite true. I cooked chicken breasts, boneless pork oral cavity, bratwurst and sandwiches and it worked great. It has a cheesy plastic slider locking organization to hold the top and bottom together that looks like it will break at some point. Otherwise, it has a very nice look and can be stored vertically. Okay - here it is - the "but" as oblique in my title. After less than 16 uses the nonstick finish simply started coming off. Dazzling product
I recently purchased this mention from Amazon.com. I have wanted one for months (I have tried many others that were junk). When it finally arrived it had scratches on the top and a unimaginative dent in the front chrome. The handle was ill fitting and it was obvious that it was ground down to fit the right side. The plastic underpart had foolish chunks broken out of it. All of this was done BEFORE ever being packed. Typical Chinese quality! That said: The temperature and timer markings are unpretentious and hard to read. The knobs are kludgy and hard to grasp. HOWSOMEVER! It cooks perfectly near perfectly. I am truly amazed at the non-stick coating; all you need is a little keen water and a few swipes with a sponge and the grills are perfectly clean. I have never seen a product like it before. I regard as they said the coating is made by GE. Would I recommend it: A qualified -- YES but the price should be somewhat lower. At least it isn't rude like that Cusinart junk is. mild yummy, guides you through the technique
Great cookbook with easy directions, and by and large, not too many difficult-to-find ingredients. Normally I shy away from intimate appliances and the books to go with 'em (always believed you should just learn to COOK, period), but I got a grill pan for xmas and then I bought this work. I'd say I now cook at least 50% of my dinners with the pan, and this book covers the topic well -- a good allocate on basics of using a grill pan. The recipies are not complex, they're more there to teach and reinforce general grill pan techniques. It covers vegetables, gist, poultry, fish, etc, so it pretty much runs the gamut. If you use cookbooks only for step by step verbatim et literatim = 'word-for-word technique and ingredents, this gets the job done. If you use cookbooks to guide you through a technique to add to your kitchen skills, this is A-one.

So Indulgent and Delicious!
Not only are the recipes in this register great-tasting, they are very easy to make. Living in an apartment with a tiny kitchen, I could never pounce upon complex recipes with long lists of ingredients, but this book was perfect. It emphasizes untried flavors and even though the recipes are very straightforward, I found the dishes to be sophisticated and elegant. Even as a beginner cook, I was making grilled lamb mouth with rosemary and glazed salmon steaks at least once a week. You realize that you don't need a gourmet caboose and lots of equipment to make excellent meals and eat well. I especially liked that her recipes sometimes comprehend the main dish and a vegetable side dish, all made in the grill pan at once, making preparation and clean-up even easier. I bought this volume a year ago, and it really inspired me to learn to cook and to expand beyond just the grill pan. I would be interested in other cookbooks by this maker as well.

Celebrated book for anyone who really cooks
This is a elevated cookbook because of it's variety and simplicity. It has a wide range of receipes (appetizers and main plates; seafood, vegetables, and meats) that are not overwhelmingly complex. Most require readily available ingredients. It's not excessively basic, but simple enough to use everyday; unlike some cookbooks that are targeted to someone who can afford to be in the kitchen all day.

Like this more than I considering I would.....
I had been toying with the outlook of a non-stick "grill pan" for some time, and could never justify the expense... After all, I had a large George Foreman, and adapted to it very rarely. But I was running out of cookware to shop for <grin>, and began tracking several with the plan of buying the first one that came on at a exceptional price.... I tracked both All Clads, and this one. I almost bought the large All Clad, but discovered they didn't be eligible for the Amazon promotion, so that blew that! Then this one came up at $29.99 and I jumped all over it! I have done beef steaks, pork steaks and salmon on it with leave out results. Cleanup, though not a breeze, is quick enough. Cooking residue tends to stick tighter on either side of the rounded ribs, but I have yet to want anything more than a little dish soap and hot water on a terry dish cloth. One caveat - I without a doubt doubt those with solid top Electric Ranges will be satisfied with this...

who requirements a pannini pan?
This is the sublime hamburger or grilled fish pan -- and it also makes great panninis, so you don't have to clutter up your caboose with an extra single-use pan. Fits 4 burgers at a time and as long as you take care of it properly, sears nicely without anything sticking. More advantageous than the round shape, and easier to get the spatula in to turn things. Highly recommended.
Weighty pan so far
Pros - Very nonstick, browns victuals well even if it's nonstick, easy to clean up, easy to carry, stay cool metal handles, helpful shape and size. Cons - Like all nonstick, can't use high heat. I've only had this pan a week, so I'm not unfailing how well it will hold up, but it's performed excellently so far. I used it to sear a whole beef tenderloin (before transferring to a roasting pan for the oven). The instructions said to steer clear of high heat, so I seared it over the equivalent of medium high heat on my 22K burner. The roast browned superbly and I got good grill marks in the center (not as much towards the corners, but maybe because I didn't brown long enough). Spotless up was a breeze, with a couple drops of dishwashing liquid, hot water, and a soft bristle grove to scrub lightly.
