OHMYGOODNESS! I sweet this ice bucket! It is elegant, but not frilly. It's a good size for 4-12 guests at least. Kept the ice cold and not clumped together.

This ice bucket keeps the ice aloof for a long time and the ice "scoop" that comes with it is awesome!! Would definitely reccmmend spending the affluence for it.

Much Improve Than an Average Ice Bucket
Ok, who can ever use those crappy "tongs" that are customarily supplied with most ice buckets??? Well not me, for one. At superb, I can manage to wrangle a few cubes in my glass until AFTER my first alcholic beverage is consumed and then all bets are OFF! So, the grand thing about this bucket is that it comes with an ice SCOOP. The scoop is the proper tool to use to get ice from the bucket to a glass with minimal predicament. The other great thing is the scoop has a holder on the back of the bucket that makes the whole process very easy and CLEAN. I toughened this bucket a few days after I got it for a party of about 20 guests and I only had to refill it 2 times, which I do NOT consider excessive bearing in mind how much we were drinking. It was located outside in the Arizona afternoon and the double walled insulation did an equal job of keeping the ice in good condition.

Not what I expected
PROS: I in point of fact do like the flip top lid, which is attached, so there is nothing to lose. Also, the ice scoop is really well designed. I ruled out anything with impotent tongs because picking up one cube at a time is maddening when you're trying to get a cocktail. It also looks high-pitched. CONS: The issue is the hard black plastic bottom. I was expecting a softer, rubberized unworthy that would reduce slip. It's not. This is a hard plastic made in Taiwan mold (literally) and the interior is the same. The guide is stainless, but really thin. This might be a good outdoor backup, but not for in the house. I'm swapping this one out and spending the leftover $20 on the Calphalon ice bucket.

There are 2 reasons I predilection this ice bucket...due to the 2 reasons I hated my last one = 1. It has a scoop, rather than tongs. No one wants to sit and pick up ice cubes one by one when you distress 10 per glass, and you're at a big family party waiting to get a cocktail. 2. It has a holder for the latest news. My ice tongs always ended up pushed around on the counter or falling on the floor. Love this ice bucket!

Splendid Ice Bucket
This ice bucket is due in quality. It looks much nicer than I saw online and is of high quality. Slightly smaller than I dream but I am very happy. It holds one gallon of water for those who need some kind of measurment since no site gives that info.

Well done touch for entertaining
It's something I would always dismiss from one's mind about but something I needed for entertaining -- an ice bucket. I finally remembered to get one. I chose this one primarily because of its design. It *is* handsome, but it's also functional and convenient. (It's dishwasher safe!) It added a very nice touch to my most recent fete, and I was very pleased with the price.

Kept ice for hours
We red ice sitting in this bucket on the counter for six hours. We still had ice cubes! Well worth the price. I wish it came with tongs, however.
