    Relish these pans...
I purchased a two fail of the 8 and 10" skillets from Macy's this past summer. All my pans work great. I find they are a bit like type iron. Once they heat up (on medium), they retain their heat and cook evenly. I use medium fieriness, and can often get by with med-low. No warping or flaking yet. (The key is to not use any more heat than necessary - excessive high heat can ruin most skillets) I also got a griddle which is the Calphalon One Infused Anodized - their top extraction. I love it as well, and would purchase either again. I went mostly with the Contemporary line due to lower price. Be sure to presume from the packaging to see what line you are getting, as they have several lines out there. There is the 'infused anodized' and the 'hard anodized', nonstick and without the nonstick, etc. Correspond out their website for more information. [...]
    Arrant pans!
These pans have ripping heavy bottoms. I don't have too many gripes, except it would have been nice if the handles were welded to the outside instead of being bolted in. Make a pig will stick to the bolts. I just cook neater and avoid the bolts, and I'm fine. We use these pans for exactly EVERYTHING that can be cooked on a stovetop! SHIPPING was SUPER FAST!!! *** UPDATE *** September 10, 2008 First-rate product UNTIL we had guests who "helped us" clean up and put them in our super heavy duty dishwasher... After that, the despatch was never the same. I have ALWAYS hand washed my non stick pans. I'm afraid the trip through the dishwasher killed them. Now, our dishwasher is atrocious, much more harsh than the average dishwasher, i have to admit. We still use them, I'm a fan of the heavy bottoms and even distribution of heat. But now, I have to use rations spray to keep food particles from sticking :(
    Favorite pans
These are the pans that get Euphemistic pre-owned in my house almost every day. They are heavy which distributes the heat evenly, but make the big one difficult to carry when it's full. The nonstick surfaces are wiser than most, but don't last forever. After about 4 years of frequent use, they started sticking a bit.

Cooks omlettes evenly and important all purpose pan
There are a lot of things to amity about this pan. First, it's heavy enough to keep eggs from scorching. Second, it's truly non-stick...even using cooking herald, our omlettes slide out of the pan in one beautiful piece. Third, it's got great heat conductivity, which allows for even rations (critical with omlettes, fried eggs, etc.) Fourth, it's so easy to clean, I reach for it for more than principled cooking eggs. We use it as a small saute pan and our vegetables never stick. The pan can also be put in the oven to keep food make one, a nice feature. This was a real find.
    Deep down great pan
This is indeed a remarkable pan, nonstick surface is wonderful and it conducts heat beautifully on my smooth cooktop. The coating did, however, seethe just to the side of the rivets inside the pan.
    it's okay... but
We bought this pan 1 1/2 years ago and use it a lot, but the non cleave part is coming off and we never put it in the dishwasher and only use the plastic utensils. so.. for $29.50 it's okay, but don't expect it to last a life on one occasion. calphalon will send you a new one, but you have to mail in your old one first...

Spectacular design mirrored with great results
As a skilful chef I run across all sorts of products that are supposed to be the next best thing since sliced bread. However, this pan upstanding so happens to be the next best thing, and I picked it up at my local Le Gourmet Chef in Hagerstown, MD. Totally put the ultra smooth non-stick surface is smoother than glass; thus cooking requires skimpy if no oil and clean up is a breeze with a simple rinse and wipe. As long as you stay away from vaporizer sprays you will have an enjoyable experience with this cookware or any cookware for that matter. If you must spray in your oil then I suggest you buy an oil mister because spraying from a can purely adds residue that ruins pans and takes away from the flavor of your food after loudening occurs. The best feature for all you home chefs is that this pan is 100% DISHWASHER SAFE! It's also oven vault to 500 degrees. The clear glass cover rounds out the entire parcel deal and is equally easy to clean. It's nice to be...
    Scratched after one use
I don't remember if I just received a bad item, or if the other reviewers treat their pans like crystal, but mine developed lots of scratches (some rather sonorous) after only one use. I followed all the instructions for what to do before the first use, and I only used plastic utensils. I was stunned - the cheap pans from Walmart didn't get scratches that hasty. I had to return it.
    Most nonstick ever
The remainder between my old nonstick cookware (Culinary Essentials brand purchased at Costco over 10 years ago) and this Calphalon Unison cookware is like end of day and day. The food cooks evenly and absolutely does not stick. The pan is weighty without being too heavy and the handles stopover cool. The glass lids are also nice. This Unison cookware is one of the few choices that is dishwasher safe and guaranteed for individual, a selling point for me. So far, though, I've hand washed it. A few seconds is all it takes to come clean.
