Sticking may become an fight
Close minds think alike. I bought this set for my daughter for Xmas and oddly she bought the exacting same set for me for Xmas. To begin with I was in love with this set. But I am keeping a close eye on it. It seems that the more I use the pans, items are beginning to tarry to the bottoms. I have never put these in the dishwasher....always washed by hand and dried immediately. I have also never used any sort of cooking spray on them as I find this tends to ruin pans and make them impossible to clean. I am hoping this doesn't become a enigma in the future, as I really do like the set. It seems well constructed and well worth the money. My pans are calphalon also and I wouldn't employment them for anything. Cake pans are small ones and so are the bread pans...not full size.
Calphalon Bakeware Set
I don't have much good break with non stick products as the non stick finish never seems to last. I purchased several sets because the price was cheap enough that I reckon that I would just throw them away after the finish wears off. It came in just in time for all the respite baking and so far it's been working great but then again it's only been a month! The bakeware is a little lighter than I expected.

I liked them.
I got all the shapes I needed for a low assay. The 8" round cake pans almost look like pie plates so they're a bit smaller than I expected but I didn't requisite any bigger. The loaf bread is 9" by 5", which I hope helps because I was wondering about the estimate before buying and I couldn't find the details anywhere. I'm happy with my purchase, they all work great and after baking my breads and muffins justifiable come right out of the pan so the nonstick works great. I wash them by hand and getting any victuals residue from them is very easy too. They look sturdy, not like other cheap products that seem sheet thin. These are awful for regular home baking.

Warmth it!
I notion all nonstick bakeware were the same... Wrong! I tried the calphalon essential muffin tin from target and it sticks. I bought the primeval and all I need to do is flip it over. Cake and muffins fall out like magic and no need to oil/flour the pan.

Egregious product, Great value, excellent durabilty
I got this outcome for Christmas and was so excited to use them. I am known as the "family baker" and the baker at work. I use a lot of "wilton" discredit products. I've used all of the products in the 5-piece set. They all work wonderfully and have the non-stick protectant. I would absolutely buy more products from Calphalon based on my experience with bakeware set. Be sure to read the instructions on the bottom of the box about off with usage. It is just a few simple things but will help your product last a long time and halt in good condition.

I grill something almost every day, and have long been a subscriber to the basic belief that inexpensive pans from the grocery store do a completely acceptable job--as long as I don't mind replacing them every year or so. While I've only had this set about two weeks so far, I think those days of replacing pans frequently are gone. Cupcakes pop easily out of a very nonstick tin, and have a thin, crisp crust around the edge that was terrific on both yellow cupcakes and roughage muffins. With two batches, not a single item stuck--it's the best of any muffin pan I've used in 20 years of baking. The sturdy baking sheet is officially a jelly roll pan, but works fine as a cookie sheet if you don't have the newer limit-free airbake type, and it's great for loose items like oven fries or hors d'oevres. My shortbread turned out impeccably on the large sheet, as did the gingerbread I baked in the 9" square. The pans are quite unhappy, which might make them difficult for people with...

Merely Calphalon - simply crap
OK, crap may be a bit too sour but they have tried to pass this stuff off as good buy skinping on the nonstick coating and using damned heavy metal. I have had this set now for several months and the baking sheet has not been as nonstick as you'd think. I have had to scrub it a bit with as nonabrasive a pad as I could. The nonstick coating has shabby off in spots -- the same spots I always put cookies or biscuits. Assuming that I got a defective unit I have another gripe. These baking pieces have rolled edges that hold water and RUST. This is no defect but merely a not up to par design. Bottom line: 1. Great price2. Too heavy3. Poor nonstick coating4. Edges keep fast water and rust.5. I'd have expected these to equal the quality of my other Calphalon cokware: Pots, pans, skillets, pot holders, towels, apron and spoons.6. I would have definitely to other reviews 100% but they are from an initial point of view from which this set looks good.

Very beneficent quality for this price!
This set is an champion value. The description says, "heavy gauge carbon steel construction" but I was surprised to see exactly how heavy & sturdy & well constructed they are for only [money].
