Sticking may become an matter
Critical minds think alike. I bought this set for my daughter for Xmas and oddly she bought the wrest same set for me for Xmas.To begin with I was in love with this set. But I am keeping a close eye on it. It seems that the more I use the pans, items are beginning to penetrate to the bottoms.I have never put these in the dishwasher....always washed by hand and dried immediately. I have also never used any archetype of cooking spray on them as I find this tends to ruin pans and make them impossible to clean.I am hoping this doesn't become a mind-boggler in the future, as I really do like the set. It seems well constructed and well worth the money. My pans are calphalon also and I wouldn't business them for anything.Cake pans are small ones and so are the bread pans...not full size.
Calphalon Bakeware Set
I don't have much destiny with non stick products as the non stick finish never seems to last. I purchased several sets because the price was cheap enough that I interpret that I would just throw them away after the finish wears off. It came in just in time for all the furlough baking and so far it's been working great but then again it's only been a month! The bakeware is a little lighter than I expected.

I liked them.
I got all the shapes I needed for a low evaluation. The 8" round cake pans almost look like pie plates so they're a bit smaller than I expected but I didn't difficulty any bigger. The loaf bread is 9" by 5", which I hope helps because I was wondering about the gauge before buying and I couldn't find the details anywhere. I'm happy with my purchase, they all work great and after baking my breads and muffins no more than come right out of the pan so the nonstick works great. I wash them by hand and getting any victuals residue from them is very easy too. They look sturdy, not like other cheap products that seem sheet thin. These are tickety-boo for regular home baking.
Sweetheart this pan in everyway but it's size
I bought this at [a limited store]. I love this pan. Tough, durable, nice heavy (without being too heavy) weight,skilled to take oven to stove to fridge without warping unlike some other cheap pans I have. Cleaning is a zephyr. This really WOULD be my everyday pan except for the fact that it's a little smaller in size to be truly an everyday pan and I'm only fare for 2 people. Fork over the money and pay a little more to get the 12 inch pan. That will be much more practical.
IT DON'T GET NO More safely a improved THAN THIS, BUBBA!
Got this inconsiderable Calphalon pan about two months ago because of its price. Have been impressed with it ever since! Heats fast and evenly. Can cook on much lower temps than I do with my commercial stainless sword cookware. This "three-layer" nonstick coating IS FAR SUPERIOR TO CALPHALON'S TWO-LAYER NONSTICK Against ON SOME OF ITS OTHER PRODUCT LINES! Downside: a) Thought it would be made in Toledo, OH, as are other Calphalon Commercial pans, but was made in China; b) Is on the smallish side and its rounded sides do spillage and overflow a problem if you fill it much more than half-capacity with something that requires stirring--don't expect to pastry-cook servings for more than two or three in it; c) Lid and handles do get hot, so have to be careful. But overall, given its price and quality--not to mention its pleasing aesthetics--it is a "must have" pan for every caboose! (Curiously, despite Calphalon describing this pan as its "commercial" line, the lifetime...

Calphalon, my Calphalon
This was my alternate Calphalon purchase and the first non-stick. I'm not a big fan of non-stick, but this is great. Use it almost everyday. We have a Vegetarian Communist in our house and sometimes it is required to cook the same thing in two different pans...this comes in really handy when I want to cease something cooking while I concentrate on real food. Never had anything stick to this or burn, looks great too, have in reality brought it to the table and served from it. Makes a great frittata, but be careful if you use it in the oven, not for use under the broiler. The handles get VERY hot. I knew that when I bought it, but neutral last night I picked it up without a pot holder and have the blisters to prove it. I can't believe I went all these years groceries without Calphalon, it's the best. The Jeep Splendid Cherokee of Roasting Pans
Most of my pastry-cook- and bakeware is of the hard-anodized Calphalon ilk. That said, I will admit that the Calphalon was not my first choice for a roasting pan. I will also admit that my first choice was the lambent, uptown All-Clad Roti. And I will even be so brazen as to admit that the Roti was my first choice because (a) it is shiny, (b) it is All-Clad, and (c) I am not insusceptible to the whole cache of All-Clad and that whole "kitchen-bling" thing that it has going on. But then I realized that for the cost of the Roti, I could get the Calphalon, a 25 thumping turkey, two bags of cranberries, a bottle of wine, and a vintage cookie jar that I have had my eye on.This pan, like all my stove-tops items, fared shockingly well. The handles are very sturdy. At first, I was a little perturbed by the fact that the handles tilt in (i.e., over the interior of the pan, rather than sticking out), but then I straight away realized that this was handy for many reasons. Spectacular bang for your buck!

This is a huge pan and the accessories are also great. The handles really make it possible to lift the pan without getting burned or having to forebodings dropping it.
