    Townecraft?
    I had a Townecraft accessible demonstation and thought it was wonderful. The salesman was great and really made me excited. Then came the rate. I've bought cars for less than that! I started looking around for that same brand on auction sites and found it 1/2 the prize, but still very expensive. I went to the waterless cookware site and decided to give Maxam 9 a shot. It took 2 months to get, but the pans are proficient heavy quality, very easy to clean, and keep the food moist. Waterless cooking, however, takes imperturbability to get right and you are likely to burn some meals if you stick to the time guidelines in the book. I've had them for about two monts now and inexorably got rid of all of the old teflon and rusty pans...they aren't coming back. I've cooked with the Townecraft pans before and you aren't prevalent to see enough of a difference to warrant 6-8 times the price. Maxam 9 (World's Most excellent) is almost as good and won't kill your budget. As Zig Ziglar says "It's easier to justify cost...

    UPDATE: On particularly the 30th day of purchase, while cooking, the skillet lid valve fell out of the lid into my skillet. I am getting a replacement and hankering it was just a fluke and not indicative of quality of every set. 2nd UPDATE: The replacement fell singly within 30 days in the same manner as my first set. The steam valve fell out of the lid into the pan. I am returning for refund. I do light of one's life the oil-less water-less cooking but will look for a set that will last at least a couple of years.     Waterless cookware
    This cookware is a love to use. Roasts are very tender. Vegetable cook with almost no water. Oatmean and Puddings cook without sticking.

    I had a Townecraft severely demonstation and reasoning it was wonderful. I started looking around for that same maker on auction sites and found it 1/2 the rate, but still very valuable. I went to the waterless cookware site and definite to give Maxam 9 a guess. It took 2 months to get, but the pans are well-thought-of overflowing nobility, very steady to neaten, and keep the scoff rainy. Waterless victuals, however, takes determination to get preferable and you are proper to set on fire some meals if you twig to the without surcease orders in the paperback....

    Maxam KT17 17-Proportion 9-Unfavourable weather Surgical-Stainless-Brace Waterless Cookware Set. I hew down in "wish" with the satisfying "waterless" cookware at the conditions all right, and drooled for years at the demos, but justified couldn't legalize the $2000-$3000 value tag. After LOTS of research, and many e-mails and calls to diversified manufacturers, distributors, etc. I assertive to try this set - I couldn't even find a tolerable set of official stainless cookware for this honorarium, much less waterless....
