honey my 7-qt dutch oven
When I bought my calphalon kettles, I substandard to notice that the set included a 5 quart dutch oven - which was smaller than I was used to but serviceable. I searched on array and found the Simply Calphalon 7 quart dutch oven at a good price AND got free shipping. It is everything it promised to be - even fare, easy cleaning, clear cover to monitor soups and stews. Problem? I was victuals 5 quarts of food and it fed my family...now I cook 7 quarts and we eat that too. Maybe I need to go low fat...
A miniature primitive, but pretty good quality
This is a hair-splitting high-capacity pan at a good price. Pros: * Insulated handles * Magnanimous capacity * Lightweight * The non-stick coat really works, and seems durable * The lid is nice and hysteria pretty well Cons: * The insulation doesn't cover all of the handles, so if you're not careful with your fingers, it's moderate to get burned * The box didn't include any user manual, care guide or warranty info - all you get is the box, the pan, and some plastic wrap

Fulfil Pot
This is a prefect evaluate pot for our family, and is getting significant use. We eat a lot of soups and stews. Implausible design mirrored with great results
As a efficient chef I run across all sorts of products that are supposed to be the next best thing since sliced bread. However, this pan very recently so happens to be the next best thing, and I picked it up at my local Le Gourmet Chef in Hagerstown, MD. Wholly put the ultra smooth non-stick surface is smoother than glass; thus cooking requires miniature if no oil and clean up is a breeze with a simple rinse and wipe. As long as you stay away from vaporizer sprays you will have an enjoyable experience with this cookware or any cookware for that matter. If you must spray in your oil then I suggest you buy an oil mister because spraying from a can totally adds residue that ruins pans and takes away from the flavor of your food after increase occurs. The best feature for all you home chefs is that this pan is 100% DISHWASHER SAFE! It's also oven safe to 500 degrees. Scratched after one use
I don't remember if I just received a bad item, or if the other reviewers treat their pans like crystal, but mine developed lots of scratches (some rather intense) after only one use. I followed all the instructions for what to do before the first use, and I only used plastic utensils. I was stunned - the cheap pans from Walmart didn't get scratches that unshakeable. I had to return it.

Kindest nonstick ever
The conversion between my old nonstick cookware (Culinary Essentials brand purchased at Costco over 10 years ago) and this Calphalon Unison cookware is like evensong and day. The food cooks evenly and absolutely does not stick. The pan is weighty without being too heavy and the handles continue cool. The glass lids are also nice. This Unison cookware is one of the few choices that is dishwasher safe and guaranteed for living, a selling point for me. So far,though, I've hand washed it. A few seconds is all it takes to come clean.

Delight these pans...
I purchased a two kit of the 8 and 10" skillets from Macy's this past summer. All my pans work great. I find they are a bit like company iron. Once they heat up (on medium), they retain their heat and cook evenly. I use medium zeal, and can often get by with med-low. No warping or flaking yet. (The key is to not use any more heat than necessary - excessive high heat can ruin most skillets) I also got a griddle which is the Calphalon One Infused Anodized - their top thread. I love it as well, and would purchase either again. I went mostly with the Contemporary line due to lower price. Be sure to review the packaging to see what line you are getting, as they have several lines out there. There is the 'infused anodized' and the 'hard anodized', nonstick and without the nonstick, etc. Check into out their website for more information. [...]

Vast pans!
These pans have outstanding heavy bottoms. I don't have too many gripes, except it would have been nice if the handles were welded to the outside instead of being bolted in. Substance will stick to the bolts. I just cook neater and avoid the bolts, and I'm fine. We use these pans for word for word EVERYTHING that can be cooked on a stovetop! SHIPPING was SUPER FAST!!! *** UPDATE *** September 10, 2008 Tickety-boo product UNTIL we had guests who "helped us" clean up and put them in our super heavy duty dishwasher... After that, the destroy was never the same. I have ALWAYS hand washed my non stick pans. I'm afraid the trip through the dishwasher killed them. Now, our dishwasher is cruel, much more harsh than the average dishwasher, i have to admit. We still use them, I'm a fan of the heavy bottoms and even distribution of heat. But now, I have to use fodder spray to keep food particles from sticking :(

Favorite pans
These are the pans that get occupied in my house almost every day. They are heavy which distributes the heat evenly, but make the big one difficult to carry when it's full. The nonstick surfaces are better than most, but don't last forever. After about 4 years of regular use, they started sticking a bit.
