Standard in design with a simple pattern of concentric rings, this Fiesta dinnerware set looks timeless on any table. The set includes four of each of the following: 10-1/2-inch feast plate; 7-1/4-inch salad plate; 7-inch bowl; and 10-ounce mug. Supreme for cereal and soup, the bowl is shallow, only 1-3/4 inches high, and the straight-sided mug features a orotund handle and slightly flared lip. Fiestaware accessories in all colors of the rainbow can add a quirky, free feel to this starter set.

Their consideration for their customer's safety is a long stationary commitment, with the removal of lead from select pieces of their line in 1986, to the complete departure of lead in all products since 1992.
Fiesta remains vigilant in the pursuit of innovation to reduce their carbon footprint on the universal landscape. By rerouting waste kiln heat to other processes, they are able to eliminate the management of enough gas annually to heat nearly 1,000 homes for an entire winter. Fiesta has also implemented a pottery reclamation system which blends back waste clay into their clay formulation at a rate of 2 tons per day. How to get rid of scratches on Fiestaware
I have a archetype of dinnerware that's very similar to Fiesta, Metlox Colorstax, and it gets knifemarks the way people are describing getting on Fiestaware. To get them off, I pressurize a paste of Bon Ami cleanser & water, rub the paste all over the scratched parts of dish, leave the paste on for several minutes to half an hour, scrub the dish, then bathe it off. The knife marks disappear to a great extent because they are *on* the glaze, not cut into it. I imagine this would work as well with Fiestaware as it does Colorstax.
Fun and reliable but not perfect
We purchased our Fiestaware set in cobalt two years ago. All-inclusive, we have been very satisfied: no breaks or chips whatsoever. The color is as deep and bright as the first day, even though we are constantly putting it in the dishwasher. We only have two issues with the set. One is that there are scratches seeable if you tilt the plates into the light. It is disappointing that scratches would show from ordinary use with a fork and knife. An new complaint is that when we use them in the microwave, the plate/bowl becomes very hot, long before the food is cooked. We get by using a hot pad or oven mit when handling the dish, but be advised that you may demand to heat up the food longer than with other dishes. In spite of these two problems, however, we intend to keep these dishes forever, or obsolete them onto family who need a spare. They are VERY durable, aside from the scratches.
Dreadful!!
I can't say enough seemly things about fiestaware, I'maddicted!! The colors are so great, I really love thispersimmon, but the sunflower , prize, periwinkle andturquoise are pretty as well. Another great thing isthe durability, I have never had a chip or casual andI'm pretty tough on dishes. Also, I am impressedwith Amazon, they have great customer aid!

Unsurpassed Dinnerware Ever
I have owned many dinnerware sets over the years and always get knackered of them, before I can break them. I eventually give them away. With Fiesta Ware, I find that I have not gotten tired of it. What is so wonderful, not only is practical for every day use, but as new colors show up out and you add to your collection they complement each other and make a wonderfully colorful table whether you are setting a small catalogue or a large group. If you do happen to break any, they can be replaced with any other wonderful color. The large pieces are displayed in my hutch and I get many complements on them. I use them every day as they are so common-sensical as well as prety. Highly recommed.

I do like my set but.....
I eventually purchased my first Fiesta. I choose the cinnabar. I do like how the dishes seem to be able to handle everyday tinny of loading the dishwasher and stacking in the cabinet. I'm not afraid to "handle" my saucers. They do seem tough. However I have only had mine for about 3 months and they are noticeably scratched up from silverware usage. Even my mother-in-law commented on how they looked. Possibly a lighter color would not be so noticeable.
Exquisite dishes!
I proclivity these dishes! I just ordered my first set of Fiestaware from Amazon (in Cobalt Blue)& they are great! They have a cordial heavy weight & so far have held up to daily use & dishwashing without a hitch. In a home with two small worry to boot!Be warned, however, if any of your dishes arrive chipped or broken, you will have to return the entire set. Luckily, Amazon takes protect of the cost of return-shipping. Make sure you are happy with the quality of the glaze & pore over for bubbles or ripples on the surface, as it does vary.

An physical review of the BOWL and NOT CS
I have a mass of these bowls and they get used daily, many times over. Perfect for cereal, soup, snacks, etc. True for making oatmeal in the microwave, the oversize and tall size prevents that nasty spillover farrago. I love these and wouldn't be w/o them. The finish has stayed bright and shiny through many dishwashings, highly tout!

Day-to-day Perfect!
I have four of these in Scarlet, and will in all likelihood buy more. They are my "go to" bowl everytime I need a bowl for whatever. I mean, I just seem to automatically reach for my of a deer gralloch bowls; they're so handy!I love the "weighty" feel, and the perfect "depth" to them. And, they are very beautiful in the ingenious red Scarlet; very pleasing to the eye.I can't say enough about this dinnerware. And, to top it off, it's been made right here in the USA since like forever, and hasn't been "farmed" out to China.

Everything a trundle should be
These tea set are on the big side, which is good when you're microwaving soup or hot cereal as you've got a little room for boiling without boiling over. They're thick, hefty, solid bowls that look very attractive and festive on the table. They also have a flat, sturdy coarse and cannot be easily tipped over.I've got mine in sunflower yellow, bright orange, and peacock blue. I've ordered from Fiestaware about four times now, and they always container their product with great care: padded on all sides by sheets of heavy, corrugated cardboard the way wine-bottles are shipped. Profit I remember that all the orders I placed showed up remarkably quickly, well inside the promised conveyance date. I'm very happy with Fiestaware in general.
